Military style watch
Key is broken

I bought one military model fast track watch from Cochin, coasts 2900/-, before 2 month.its date and time changing key is broked just after one month, and i gave it to the same shop for changing the key though they have service center. But they are telling now that its not possible to get the same key. It have 1 yr. warranty, then i asked them for replacing, then they are saying that we already send the watch to company back, and the company people saying there is shortage for the materiel.now its around one month im waiting for my watch. Now a days when I'm calling, then they come to know that the caller is me, they just cut the phone.
