Non activation of CUG

Our family has two firms, namely Mind Worms Sol, & Om Shivam Entp. Your dealer came to us and advised that if we use 10 connections of vodafone we can get the facility of CUG on all the connections, so we took 5 more connections but cug was not activated. An other dealer then came he assured that if we take 5 more connections from him he will get all the 15 connections under CUG.but that also was not totall true. We have now taken 5 more connections (now total 20), but do not know who in your company is responsible to get the promises of your dealers fulfilled.
