Dirty water accumulation outside the house tends to Dengue and other communicable disease

We have got many complaints from the local residents of Old Janki Puri, Pankha Road, near Uttar Nagar that there is lot of dirty water accumulation outside the house premises of address RZ-34, Old Janki Puri, near Jeevan Park, Pankha Road, New Delhi. This accumulation of water give rise to water borne disease, especially Dengue, etc. This is totally negligent on the part of the owner of this house as the owner given the whole house on rent to 25-30 north-east people, who are unaware of social things. Moreover, they are not doing something to ameliorate this problem. Kindly look into this and revert to my mail, so that I may give response against the complaints.
