False promises

I received a number via sms 09602855528. When i call their the personnel told me that we activate a software in your mobile, with the help of this you can call to any number free. The personnel also told me that we have joint venture with all the service providers.

I paid Rs. 525 via recharge to thaty number.

But they didn't activate my number. What can I do now.
