LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

My Wife and I allways edeavour to pay the credit card bill before the date that the bill is due. There have been occassions when I have challenged the late payment fee and they have told me that the fee would be refunded.

Again today I have challenged the late payment fee/s that are appearing on every bill, to be told that even if the money has been paid into a bank two days before the due date, we would encure a late payment fee as the company would not receive payments till four days after. I was also told that i could not place a complaint as they do not have a complaints department. I look forward to your reply. Glen Reid.
