First woudl like to know will this complaint be aken seriously, if yes, we woudl be thankful,

i owuld like to complaint about the rickshaw unions in Mira bhy. they are taking undue advantages of their union rights by charging heavy fares as they like, as usually i travel from checknaka to poonam sagar which is hardly 3 km distance where they were charging 30 rs initailly and now its Rs 40, only because they have to travel from one way road from bhakti vedanta, but i have never seen any autos going from that route still they are using the goathan rpad to go to check naka, and we ahve to pay rs, 40, which is i think really on very high side, if it woudl be on meter than the fare would not exceed more than 25 rs.
