Theives in Buses- from Santacruz to Kurla

I have being travelling daily in Bus number 313 since last 2 years from Santacruz to Nafa Company bus stop. In morninng, at 8.00 a.m there are no BEST caretaker to guide us which bus to catch. At evening 6.00 p.m buses are irregular in timings which comes from Kurla station to Santacruz. They are jam pack at Nafa Bus stop. This situation is most advantageous for buglars to pick pocket travellers. I have lost my 2 mobiles and 2 wallet in this 2 years. And I am not the only victim of this situation there are amny more travellers who is being complaining about irregulars frequencies of buses leading to robbery of their wallets and other valuable goods. This is shameful act as no policemen at Vakola is ready to take action against buglars. There are avoiding themself to write a FIR, by passing the work to Kurla police station and Kurla policemen passes the complain box to Vakola Police Station. Nor BEST authorities are ready to increase their effiencies of their work and reduce crowd in the bus avoiding pick pocketing.
