ATM cash withdrawl reversal

I tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000/- from Bank of Baroda, Surat. The ATM dispensed only Rs. 500/- and the remaining Rs. 9500/- went inside but my account is debited Rs. 10000/-.

I lodged the complaint in customer care and nothing is happened till today.
