COD cheque not received

I have booked one parcel vide dkt no D 47804047 dtd 21.8.09 to my client at Captainganj, on COD basis.

The parcel was delivered to my client on 27.8.09 & COD cheque was collected by your person. But till date that cheque has not been delivered to us. After various follow up it was informed to us by booking branch at Sant Nagar, EOK, N.Delhi that the cheque has been misplaced by their branch at Mahipalpur.

Please look into this case & arrange immediate delivery of our cheque.
