ATM not withdraw but account debited

On 06/06 I have gone to withdraw Rs 5000 from my SBI ATM card whose number is 6220180460300171630 from PNB Surajkund New Delhi ATM machine whose ATM Id is H3420900 but money was not withdraw and account debited my receipt number is 4770 for that I have given written complain to my M.I.T. Muzaffarpur Bihar branch on 09/06/09 but till date I have not received my debited money. During this period I have more than ten times contact with my branch manager but I have not get any positive response from their side. For this I also fill online complain on SBI site but i not get any response from that side. Please Solve my problem.
