With reference to the above details i would like to informe yourself that my phone is not working from last 6 month (From 15 th october to till date) and also we are not using internet services. Recently we recieved a bill amount of Rs 1190.98 which is a high amount and we have a given a complained so many times at your office (Mumbai). It is ensure that the amount will be adjusted for nonservice period.

Hence is request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful in this regard and oblige.
