I have purchased a reliance mobile from reliance webworld at kanpur on 25.04.09 from your outlet at somdutt plaza, the mall, Kanpur (U.P.), the number alloted to me is 9305296903, at the time of buying i have submitted address proof in the name of my father (Sri Muni Lal Saini), but my mobile outgoing is not working although there is a enough balance from yesterday.
