Cut off my balance without any reason

My name is sham sunder. and bearing mobile no. 9356430382 . Now i am lodging mine complaint. Before this i also given written complaint on dated 30-5 by this compaint no. 1225995153. Second time complaint date 12-6 by this complaint no. UCS 33915274. Third time complaint dated 12-6 by this complaint no. 1246426350. Fourth time dated 12-6 by this complaint no. 1247237133 and fifth time dated 14-6 by this complaint no. 1249229659.

You deduct my balance many times from 10-5 upto date in different dates without any reasonable reason. I also checked my balance at random on dated 14-5 and deduct rupees 45 and on dated 12-6 rupees 30 and on dated 14-6 deduct rupees 49. If any amount which i cannot identify between above mention date.

Please credit the above mentioned amount without any further delay. When i already lodged above mention five complaints among them two are in written shape and three are sending by your custmor care center. What is the responsibility of customer care? They are not giving me a satisfied answer. I also go to custmor care center at bathinda and met with Mr. Amrit and other staff members. After five efforts you are not sincere about redressal of my complaint. you are compelling me for go to legal action.
