Call dropped

I am an resident of close proximity of your mobile tower " Podra Andul Road". it was 100% network in my residence, last 20 days network so poor that all call is being dropped. I have lodged complain (3607728) on 13.7.09.but nothing has been done so far, as a result I am facing a lot of problem. My mob no: 9433343703.
