Irregularity in the month's bill

I had an add on card (199rs month rent) on my idea connection which I stopped in June 08 by giving a written application in kothrud branch in Pune. Card was used for the 3-4 days in the billing month but still I deposited the whole bill amount. but in next month I still got the bill on that closed account which I reported to customer care immediately. They assured me to correct the problem and told to adjust the probelm and revert the money immediately. but next month again the problem was same and every time they showed pending bill amount on my account & I was traumised by Idea for non payment of pending bill. I visited the branch and they again assured me to stop this false bill in my account.

But in oct 08 I was surprised to see the monthly rental bill as per plan of 140Rs per month. Again I visited the branch they told me that they are reverting the amount, but still this hassale is going on and I am being penalised for pending amount every month.
