I have given BL-5C battery replacement request via sms & they had asked for residential address which I have also given to them & they promised to deliver a NEW BATTERY via Courier. After that I heve recd. no reply from Nokia side. Even several times I requested various Nokia outlets in Pune for replacement no one entertained.

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
