Not sending of Monthly Statements

Sir,
Inspite of my several requests the ABN AMRO BANK is not sending the Monthly Statements so that I could know my transactions. Beside it, the banks pressess repeatedly too much for making payment regularly. It is very much contradictory that a customer should pay regularly without knowing the actual balance of his/her statement.
It is serious lapse on the part of the ABN AMRO Bank.
