Warranty Repair/Replacement

This is regarding a comlaint on behalf of Nokia N92 Mobile Serial/ EMEI No. 359393000100905, Job sheet # 1500266862

1. The Phone (Nokia N92) which is under warranty was submitted to HCL Infosystems Ltd, S-10, Green Park Extn, New Delhi, 110019 on the 23rd Feb for repair (Target Delivery Date: 26th Feb.)

2. On enquiry I was told that My phone has been sent to the Nokia Office and I'll get a replacement...

3. On the 12th of March, I got a SMS that I can collect the replacement Set.

4. I have been handed a Nokia N77 model as replacement. This is not acceptable as the set does not have the same specs and is a cheaper model. I would like to insist on getting the same model as repacement. OR they should let me pick up Similar/ better set by paying the difference.
