Why don't these network operators are not sticking to the plans

Sir,

Why don't these network operators are not sticking to the plans which they offered.

As far as my concerned In India BSNL is the best network operator.

BSNL is the one who is sticking to the plans which they offered and not like the other operators.

If the other network operators wants to come up, please keep your plans as standard.

Think before once before when you releasing the offers, and please kept as standard.
