Wrong debit of rs. 30 in my account

On 15 th instant rs. 30 has been debited to my above mobile account as monthly chatting fee.. i made not such request for chatting facility. i am a regular user vodafone and i have not other complaint reg the services provided by the company.

my request is that the amount debited should bbe credited to my account . instructions may also be issued that no such changes r made without the consent of the user.
