Mobile Nokia E71
No ve responce from Priority

Dear Sir,

I am sudhir Tripathi purchase my Nokia E71 from Nokia Priority from Ahmedabad from the shop

Rajdhani Electronics Nokia Company Showroom, Murtimant, Opp. Rupam Cinema, Relief Road.

before 2 weak back now in my cell phone there is Problem of hang in phone . two time I have visited to nokia service center . but the problem has not improved too much.

Now I have asked to Take at deducted price and give me the mobile of the similar range the Priority people are not agree.

Kindly suggest me what should I do. How to convince them to give me new phone instead of this defective peace (even I wanna Pay some resell value kind of thing)
