Loss of mobile No.9949073482

I had lost my mobile bearing No.9949073482 and hand set Nokia 6070 today around 5.00 pm and it took two and half hours to reach air tel customer care executive through my other mobile No.9948552563 for lodging the complaint, and asked them to block the card. They refused to block the number and in turn started threatening me to go to police station and give a complaint and approack Air tel for blocking and issueing another sim card.

I am not bothered about my hand set and I am making it very clear that from 5.00PM of 28th December if any thingswent wrong with this number 9949073482 Air tel will be held responsible and not my self for not blocking the number.

With this mail I am requesting my other friends, relatives and known people to with draw the connection if any they with Air tel because of POOR CUSTOMER CARE.
