Mobile prrpaid
Concessional tariff not being applied

I have a prepaid mobile phone - number 0091-983261139. I have a lifetime validity and have also paid the requisite charge for availing of reduced tariff. But I am being charged in full. Inspite of attemting to talk to the supevisor of the helpline- at 9893098930, I have not been connected and have been asked to send an SMS at 121!

When i sent an SMS asking for talking to Customer Service Exec, I have been asked to send the query by SMS!

This shows they are simply avoiding facing the customer!

What a wonderful way of getting rid of the customer!
