I have taken a gsm conection No 9019728277 on 2nd jun 09 & it was activated also but after 3 days it is deactivated. I cotact with cutomer care they asked me for resubmission of ID PROOF . Isubmitted the ID & Address proof on 21 jun 09 . my conection is not activated till date even I loged a complaint on 24 jun 0n No 101944505 dtd 24 jun 09. This time it is told that within 2 days it will be solved again on 27 jun 09 CONTACT WITH cutomer care & it is again told wait for 2 days.

Now you your self deside the performance of your cutomer care & reliance net work I can say it is poor.

once again I request u to solve my problem before I to higher authority.
