Harrasment by the call cente

First call on 5th January from the collection department, informing me that I haven't payed my November installment. I asked the person to call back in couple of hours as I did not have access to my files.

The person was rude, next call was again in the evening and I could not give the details I asked for the caller to call after 12 the next day. Next morning they called at 8.00 a.m and subsequently after every 30 minutes.

I called the call center gave the details of the cheque amount etc for November and December. They informed me that I had written a wrong number in December cheque that is why it was lying in suspense and they will immediately correct it. November he said they haven't received after that I gave details of November cheque he noted and said we will call you in 48hrs, and we will take care of call center.call Center calls did not stop I called them again on Wednesday the 8th Jan, I again made a complaint. Again they said that I haven't made payment I went through the whole thing again. Calls still continued. I called again on Thursday and again made a complaint again they promised. Calls still continued, now they said that they have recieved November payment but December is still missing.

I have not defaulted on any payment yet was treated like a criminal, Finally I received an apology call, still calls did not stop. Now this week suddenly they have started over my credit card, my card is paid on time, they have added charges which I did not spent they again said sorry, again calls continued again I called and complained and asked for a senior, I am still waiting for a senior's call it is 5 days and calls continue. I am fed up, tired, harassed, exhausted, irritated, angry and disgusted.
