Emove my name from cibil

Dear Sir

I m rajiv kumar pandey i was custumer of ABN AMRO from Jan 04. i took a personal loan number (9254060) and i also had saving account in this bank. So i when i paid nine installments of rs.(25051.00) my loan three installments were remaining. Due to some problem i got late to pay remaining three installments (nearly 75000.00). So afer some time BANK recovery agent met me personally also settled account in 62000.00. For this he also took 1200/- as comission He also issued me a settelement latter and also assured me that there wud be no problem in future but now bank put my name in cibil.

when i met the bank personally they told me that they will not remove my name from CIBIL and also said that i can go against of them where ever i wish. Even they did not afraid of consumer court.

So please sir do something and get remove my name from cibil
