Moble phone Nokia-6210 Navigator (GSM)
They tampered the Set

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that I have purchase the Set of Nokia-6210 Navigator (GSM) from Distributor (Delhi region) in the month of October but this mobile suddenly switched off in the moth of July.2009 during in my using stage then I have submitt the set in Nokia care-Gurgaon Center they keep up 20 days and a lot follow up and conversation they have given the response only negative and delared the tampared..after that I have re-contact to Banglore nokia customer care (head office) bangalore they have given the suggestion please this set re-submit to another nokia service centre... after that I have submit the set in Malvia Nagar (New Delhi) against the Job sheet No.145433527/090819/94 and IMEI No.354199020522811 as on 19 agust.2009 but they said please pay the chargable amt. aprox. Rs.3600/- I had also aggree for the payment of charges but after 2 .5 moth they re-call Please collect the moble without in repair condition...

Pls. advide waht I do in this situation if... I have purchase this mobile Amt. of Rs.14710/-...they how I can digest this as easily
