We have purchased microwave oven and noted complaint for Demo vide ID 2011090304. Dealer Bisani Traders, NAGDA (M.P.) 456-335 has told us that within 72 hrs. person will attend for demo. Now 8 days has already been expired and No body attended till date, it is lying unutilised. I would like to request that Either you take back your product or arrange to fulfill your commitment of 72 hrs. Further I also request that Please don't misguide to the custmers, it affacts to your reputation. Please suggest what to do now.
