Sub: Grievances

This is to inform you that on 1st December I had purchased a Nokia Phone (Nokia 5310 Express Music of IMEI No.358653012337287) from M/s World Tel. Of P-12, New C.I.T.Road, Kolkata – 73, claimed as a authorised dealer of Nokia vide Bill No 5681 dated 01.12.07. Next day it was noticed that VIDEO CAMERA functioning is defective and on the same date it was brought to the notice of the so called authorised dealer. He requested me to allow 2/3 days time to change the set. After few days when I contacted him, he requested me to send the set to him. Accordingly I did it and having no response, I came to learn that the said handset has been given to Nokia Care service center M/s AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD. of P-17, Mission Row Extn., Bentick Street, Kolkata – 13 on 08.01.2008 vide Job Sheet Number 288434038/080108/46 with a targeted delivery date of 15.01.2008.

But it is very unfortunate to mention that the concerned service center is not in a position to provide any positive information till date, though by this time they have harassed me for more than 7 days saying that ‘come on next day’. For your information by this time I have talked two times with your Nokia Care Line at 3030 3838, but with no positive result except some good mannered dialogues.

In view of the above, it appeared to me that your authorised service center or your Careline people are either not aware about the technology or they have no capacity to solve the problem. On the other hand I feel I have done a ‘bold sin’ in purchasing the Nokia Phone for which I have to suffer this way.

You are therefore, requested to provide me a new set in O.K.condition to make me released from such unlimited harassment.
