Non responding of service reply

With subject reference, we bring to kind notice that the under signed has given annual signed has given annual contract for the above water filter.

The following works are carried out by your service people on tolling date :

12/10/07 - replied particulate filter candle, pre carbon block candle.

21/01/08 - sediment filter candle.

Further spares like pre carbon granules, ultra filtration cartridge, post carbon granules.etc., are not replaced by service people. Every time they complain on a non availibility of spares in your company.

From 21/01/08 onwards they have not serviced the unit.

The undersigned spoke to following persons for servicing. :

1) Mr. Lazer

2) Mr. Bramha

3) Mr. Manoj and lastly

4) MR. Benson still then they are non responding.

As you are aware that water supplied by corporation is contaminated due to which health is at risk, the purpose of buying your water purifier is not surving the purpose. Any consequences in this matter will be your responsibility. Kindly ensure that the service is done properly.
