Excessive billing

I have been in continuous follow up through phone and written correspondence since the last over eight months on the alleged outstanding amount shown in the card. It is unfortunate that nobody has ever thought it necessary to provide a satisfactory reply so that the card could be used and all outstanding, if any stand cleared. The only thing consistent has been the add of late and penalty charges.

Please appreciate that I have stopped use of the card even much before the same was withdrawn from your side. Further my old records could explain by use and position on account settlement.

Anyway this mail is a "another " official reply to a computerized Statement received by me.
