Non Receipt of maturity value amount

My husband invested 100000 in fixed deposit scheme 'Money Regular'. whose deposit receipt no. 'F0697023671/1 & F/0697023699/1' dated:- 12/03/1997, amount:- 50000 50000=100000/-. Its maturity dated was 01/02. But till now I have not received any maturity value amount. At present my Husband no alive, His date of death is 30/06. And I am the joint applicant with my Husband. So, please provide me the maturity value cheque as soon as possible.
