LPC and disconnection

Dear concerned, I have been charged LPC since aug08 despite payments made from my side details as follows:

reciept no.4945915 dtd 07-08-08 Rs.450.00 airtel reciept

9725927 dtd 07-09-08 Rs.550.00

n/a dtd 07-10-08 Rs.450.00 approx

9182 dtd 03-11-08 Rs.600.00 CellWell Techno System Panchkula mentions Airtel Channel Partner in reciept and above mentioned pmt was reflected on 30-11-08 on pressure given on the said company.

Despite this connection was disconnected for overdue without any intimation, on investigation found that a amount of Rs.1525.00 was due from aug 08 to oct 08.Since i have made the pmnts still LPC charged due to companies fault, please look into it and waive off the LPC amount and adjust tyhe extra amount paid.
