Service for Defective Product

I brought a Digital BP Monitor from Morepen (BP3BG1). This instrument worked properly for 1 week and then it started malfunctioning. This was brought from Indiatimes Shopping Website.

I registered a complaint with Morepean @ their Services Support 1800113388, said that I will contacted for getting the instrument fixed. There started the ordeal, till date nobody has come forth to get this instrument replaced or corrected.

I had to make numerous STD calls to Delhi, still would get the answer that someone would call you in 1/2 hour.

Today (13th Novemeber) again I had to make a STD call to Delhi and was told that the person incharge in Mumbai would contact me in 1/2 hour.

Such a pathetic customer service firm. They have no consideration for the customer who buy their products.
