Non receipt of FDR amount

Hi Team,

I Datta Mehta a senior Citizen (Female - 63) had invested in the Morepen Lab FDR scheme. The Reference # for the FDR is CALDX05676 for a principal amount of Rs. 10, 000. Which was to mature on 20/11.

When this amount was matured we received one communication from the Co. that the payment would be delayed and will be paid in few installments. However when we did not receive any payments from the Co. we did send few reminders to the Company to pay out the amount. We even approached the Co at New Delhi in person in 2004 to try and see if we could get the amount back. Disappointingly I received a normal response that they are working on it and would be trying to pay the amount ASAP.

However till date have not received any payment or Communication to this effect.

Would request to help me to get this amount back. Please let me know if I need to approach any other department to get my hard earned money back.
