Egarding billing

I purchashed for more than Rs.2500 during your aniversary offer of 30 may to 30 june. On my every purchase your staff had mad entries every time on my card. When on 02/07 I went for prize claim they told me to show bills, as this was not mentioned in your any document, I dont have bills with me. The manager of the store traced my all bills, But one bill of Rs 260 (Of Dawat Rozana Basmati Rice) was missing in theire record. The manager send a mail to his boss regarding this and told me to infome it by phone but till today I did not recieved any call. The store also have same problem of Rs 1350 bill of other customer in yhat case customer produced the bill but bill is missing in their record. So, I request you to solve my problem earliest as last date for clail is 10/07.
