motinagar, a welll developed residential are deserves it. But the staff in the branch are not behaving well with customers.

they always talk agressively and non-cooperative mode with the customers. This is a daily routene for them, to humiliate the customer. They just behave as if they (More) is serving the people free of cost., and the customer is the least preferred one.

many times we get humiliated in that branch. what ever you ask the staff there for assistance they reply as if it is not their duty.

More Management should look into this matter.
