Policy stil note recived

I am Sateesh Kumar Tiwari. I approached Reliance General Insurance company for my car insurance. One of their agent approached me (Agency Code/poonam Dixit W/O S.P.Dixit Kanpur Branch) for the insurance of my vehicle (Maruti Alto). we paid the primum through by cash regarding my vehicle (Cover Note No: 200702846925 And policy no 1902172311743953 and til tuday i have note recived my policy. I have been allready complant before two month my complent against give me a refarance no 00025972 but my complant can not shourt out til tuday.please argently looking my matter and do the short out.

After a week I received a final insurance copy from Reliance, but to my surprise they gave an IDV of just Rs 247, 289. After I called them and clarified, their customare care staff talked in a very rude way. (Customer complaint no: 448978) and said we cant help you out. I feel I am cheated they charged rs 6526 for a lower IDV. But no listeners.

To common junta, please never ever go with Reliance. They just believe in looting common people.

Cheque no. 280193 of icicibank account at meerut branch cleared on 30th October in favour of Reliance General Insurance collected by your agent at meerut for insurance of my flat no. 82 pocket 3 sector 82 kendriya vihar colony noida... unfortunately policy never received by me nor ur agent responding to any of the query.
