Retail Purchase Transaction converted to Cash Transaction

I have been cheated by ABNAMRO bank on 26th November by converting a Retail Purchase Transaction to a Cash Transaction. I do agree I have made a transaction on 26th November at Alcove Resorts for an amount of Rs 4434/- but this was not a cash withdrawal. I have been charged interest since 8 months. The transaction done on 26th November was my first experience with ABNAMRO credit card werein I had swipped for the first time and I have been cheated.

My main concern is how come a purchase transaction was converted to a Cash transaction when I have never stepped in an ATM center with my ABMAMRO credit card and had never withdrawn money. I still have the sealed envelope which holds the PIN number for cash withdrawals. ABNAMRO has been cheating people by changing their purchase transactions to Cash transactions and by doing so they start sucking interest from consumer and by the time the consumer makes the payment thinking that he's got 30 to 45 days of time he's already been charged interest. This is fogery done by the ABNAMRO Credit card department. BEWARE AND TERMINATE IF YOU HAVE A ABNAMRO CREDIT CARD.
