Getting improper Mobile pieces after booking new phone lines

Dear Sir/madam,
Our family had booked six mobile phones from DIESL. a TATA enterprise on 02/11.We had come into contact with one Mr. Rajesh who sent four of his assisstants to our home. Two of them were Mr. Mukul (Mobile No.09221001552) and Ms. Smita (Mobile no. 09223272662).
The representatives of Mr. Rajesh convinced us in buying black and white at the rate of Rs.848/- per piece. We clearly mentioned to them that we didn't want Moto Phones which are difficult to handle and particularly reading messagein them are really odd. They convinced us that they would register a different piece than the Moto Phone. When we demanded for a sample, they said that thsy didn't had any but told us to have faith in them as they were representiing a reputed company of TATA indicom.
Trusting them we booked six phones for our family, but to our shock when received four connections, theyall were Moto Phones. We contacted Mr. Mukul again and again for lodging our complaint of receiving different pieces, he convinced us that he would replace all of our phones with some other models which he had promised but it wes never done. When we talked to Mr. Mujahid . the manager of the agency, he plainly refused to change the suggested us to be satisfied with the given pieces or buy some new pieces from the market on our own. When we reminded him that we were promised about a different piece and we got not what we demanded . he again rudely suggested us to lodge a police complaint for it. Is it a way of manager of an agency speaking like this and further what we should do to change our pieces?
