Showing mmc card write protected

I am useing moto rokr e6 since last 9 months, every thing was going perfect, but now from last week i m facing a problem, none operations is done to my memory card.

whenever i try to do any operation it is showing memory card is write protected.

1 more thing whenever i try to download anything its showing 'download error ' .

place help me.
