My touch screen phone A1200 has recently given some trouble and I have given it to the service centre listed in the company booklet. After repeated phone calls and lots of delay, I got my phone back after 2 weeks. However, NO REPAIR has been done after all this while. The touch screen continues to malfunction and I do not know how much longer it will take if I give my phone to the same dealer. Is there any solution to my problem?
