Subject: not closing my account and wrongly inclusion of due and interest on bill

I am very surprised to see the statement my cash loan no. 7777 7777 7396 6584 for this month statement date 12-10. I have paid six monthly installments of Rs.5652.00 but still it is showing 146.342.81 balance on my bill. I wanted to close my account but they are not supplying exact amount detail that how much I have to pay on foreclosure. I requsted them to supply detail on my home address. but they do not send. Although I pay my installment within stipulated time but they have chared Rs. 71618.30 as late fee. This is a clearly the case of cheating and fraude. I want to close my account immediatly therefore I want foreclosure amount from abnamro bank exact amount not falsely inclusion.
