My complain to motorola head office.
plzz forward my message to the head of the motorola.
hi i am debobrata from kolkata.
from last 10 months i am using motorola L9 phone.
But from the past few days i m having a problem with this set.the phone stops detecting the extarnal memory card.it gives a message-system error frequently.but when i restart the phone, it starts working smoothly.
Due to this problem i went to Motorola service centre, at "Surya Business Pvt ltd, 9A Kyd Street, Ground Floor, kolkata, India"
on 25/09.
i told my problem to the person in charge (dont know his name).he just avoided me by telling that "we can look into the problem but it will take 8 to 10 days... no no 15 to 20 days... actually we dont have the parts.actully in festive week we cant tell you the exact time tthat will take to solve the problem."
as i use cell phone i cant effort to give my phone for service to such a long period.
now rest is upto you.you can find lots of complaints like this.you are a good brand after nokia. if you are trying to achive the trust of the people then you must have a well equipt service center, the best servicing and most importantly well behaved and caring people in your service center.
