Issue of police bond

Sir,

i was apply the motor vehicle insurance of my two weeler (bike) wide your agent code number 19000091/221 on dt 17/05/09. i have received the cover note no:-39026166 from your agent.

the agent ansue me that policy bill be received before 31/05/09 on my postel adress. but i cant received any document from your company. i am asked to your agent many time for issuing policy bond but he cant do something regarding my problem. the details are given under below:-

Name & adress of insured:- shyamsunder s/o sh. gopal dass, a-5, lic offer flates, 9 no ansari road,

darya ganj new delhi-110002. Registration no:- DL-7S-BC-6202 (BAJAJ PLATINA ALOOY WHEELS)

ENGINE NO:- 237887 CHASSIS NO 22011. I am sending the e-copy of covernote with this complend

please do the need full. i am hope to you please send my policy bond as soon as possible on my postel adress.
