An agent of Tata Indicom Tele Services "Sheeghar Communication Pvt Ltd."Kashmere Gate has booked a new connection and given the number 011-64747576 to me and charged Rs 2476/- from me, Now they are demanding Rs 15000/- from me to get that number. I have a slip of that. What can i do to get that number?
