Hello Tune Subscription & SMS

Hi,

These are my concerns.

1.)

I had got SMS regard 50%(Rs.15) discount on Hello tune subscription on 14 april. I had subscribed that. But when i see the bill its charge Rs.30.

After few i got message that thank for down loading the song when i have not down loaded.

2.) when i send the sms once to some its send multiple times (8 times from morning to evening). Once it had happened in March first and now also it happened

Please reply soon as i need to pay the bill by tomorrow..
