Wrong billing on my Card

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have a HSBC credit card number "4384 5999 1347 6841". Before proceeding with the complaint I would like to give some history of the card. I had lost the HSBC credit card long back when I lost my wallet and blocked the same immediately. Without my request a duplicate card was given to me with Rs 100 charges on it. Since I was not interested to take the card and use the services I just ignored the card and just kept it unused. Its almost more than a year I have been not using your Credit Card.

Later i started getting monthly statements though I was not using the card. Once I had found wrong billing on my card few months back. I just ignored it since I had not used the card so did not pay the bill and in next month's billing it was rectified, no due payment was there.

But now again in July billing there is a wrong billing on my card. They have put Rs 3370.80 bill and asked me to pay by 29th July. Now I am getting SMS alert to pay minimum due of Rs 168.54. Since I have not used this card and also since the card is just kept unused at my home I am sure the card is not misused. So I strongly condemn on the wrong billing on my card and I need not pay any bills.

Please clarify about the billing and provide me all the deatils of this bill. Please rectify the bill since the bill should be Rs 0 on my card since it is not being used from long back.

I tried reaching the customer care to log the complaint, but there was no operater to listen my complaint, everything is IVRS.
