Mp online/mpseb
Electric bill

I deposited electric bill amount of my two electric meter connection of month september Rs. 562/- and Rs.570/- through my net/debit card facility to mp online account no. 30135868889. Due to certain problem both the amount was not transferred to mpseb jabalpur. I contacted mp online through email. Rs 562/- has been returned/refunded to my bank account directly. But Rs 570/- is still to be return/refund since long time. Kindly look into the matter please.
