Harrassment

Sir,

I have been living in a lease house since two years (lease period is for three years) and my landlord started harrassing us since he is planning to sell the house and want us to vacate. He is very rude, harsh, indecent and also threatening us. Though iam forced to make a new search and have to shell out huge sum of money to the broker and also for the new house my landlord is planning to deduct huge sum of money. Though as per the agreement an advance notice in writing of three months has to be given for terminating the lease period, he is not giving any inspite of being asked for almost since two months. He is threatening our house maid for working in our house and been directing her not to work in our house. Though im willing to leave the house but want my entire money back and also for the extra burden im forced upon by him. What should i do?
